Farmer Puri started commercial goat rearing by opening ‘Adaptive Goat Farm” in 2070 BS. His goat farm now has about 100 goats. He says that he worked day and night to take care of goats. According to him while raising goats one has to pay attention to many things like time and method of feeding grass, watering, excrement management and sanitation. He sells goats in Pokhara. Neighbors and merchants come to buy it at home. He has been earning rs 3,00,000 annually from goat rearing. He says that there is no problem in the market for selling goats
