Ward number 4, Bhirkot consists of former ward number 2, 3,4,5,6, and 7 of Bhirkot VDC. There are 731 household and total populations of 3010 (1322 male and 1688 female) as per National Census 2068. Magar, Chetri, Thakuri, Bote and Dalits are some of the common ethnic groups living in Bhirkot.

Bhirkot Shiva Mandir, Mahadev Mandir, Bhimsen Mandir, Bhikot Durbar are some religious and historically important sites. Forest is the main natural resource for Bhirkot.

Maize, Millet and black lentils and vegetable farming could be improvised if provided modern agricultural techniques and training. High breeds of goat and pigs are advantageous. Providing youth training for wood workers could encourage youth employment and create a job market.
